Effective December 16, 2019 SET will be relocating its corporate offices to 75 State Street, 1st Floor, in downtown Boston. The new location is practically a block away from our current location - across the street.

SET announces plans to launch a new state-of-the-art online, e-Learning, training and coaching platform anchored around its EKTIMIS brand solutions - ektimis.com . This new platform will offer EKTIMIS-brand workplace cultural transformation and improvement solutions, as well as workforce professional development solutions - rooted in principles of respect in the workplace. A launch date will be announced soon.

SET completes the first phase of its process improvement engagement with the MBTA --- the Commonwealth of Massachusetts transit authority --- in support of the ongoing MBTA initiative to improve operational processes and performance. This initial phase sets the stage for implementation of marked improvements to the MBTA Capital Delivery task order process.

SET is engagement by the MBTA --- the Commonwealth of Massachusetts transit authority --- to provide process improvement services in support of ongoing MBTA initiatives to improve operational processes and performance using Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement principles and concepts.

SET wins a multi-year contract award from the Massachusetts Ports Authority (MPA), a.k.a Massport. The award enables SET to provide productivity and efficiency improvement solutions and services in support of Massport initiatives to improve operational performance and maximize capital and operational investments.
